I completely understand that plans can change and, from time to time, appointments may need to be rearranged. I always appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
As a small independent business, appointments are reserved especially for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments can have a significant impact. With this in mind, the following cancellation charges apply:
Less than 48 hours' notice
50% of the booked treatment price will be charged.
Less than 24 hours' notice
The full price of the booked treatment will be charged. This will need to be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
Missed appointments
Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged at the full treatment price.
Thank you so much for your understanding and consideration. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and providing as much notice as possible allows me to offer the time to another client.
